A lot of doctors treat symptoms, while other healthcare professionals like chiropractors look for more long term treatment of causes. I want to be able to help my family in the long term so being mindful of our everyday choices in health, nutrition, and exercise, plus getting the right care from the right professional, will be more beneficial.

How many of us walk in a selfish haze without realizing the joy and the opportunity to share with others around us? How can we open our hearts and eyes to the true honor it is to live? As you celebrate Christmas, know that no matter what happens, the true meaning of Christmas lives within your heart.
